Another great day at work today. Man I love my job. I mean I really do love it. It is like I am going to hang out with my friends for the day and occasionally we get to race around downtown Calgary in a bad ass truck honking at everyone. Speaking of honking....I also love the air horn! So sweet.
Had an awesome workout with the guys that included lots of stair running, which should help with the Death Race that a group of friends and I are running this summer. Really glad the guys joined me for some stair running. It makes it so much better when you are training with some friends.
Still hammering away at this Paleo diet. Have not felt this good from a diet that I have ever done, and am loving it. No weighing or portioning, just staying away from certain foods and eating lots of other good ones. (Meat, veggies, fruit, nuts and seeds) Do your self a favour and look into it. I promise you will not regret it. The Mrs's is doing fantastic on it as well. Although she had a couple rough days out of the gate, I think she is settling in. Quite proud once again:)

Go out and get some fresh air with friends this weekend. I know it is going to be colder than a witches tit, but were are Canadian last time I checked. We are use to it! After all, we live in igloos.- Kaizen
